Manly residence

This apartment overlooking Sydney harbour and towards the heads was dated and aged internally .We were engaged to redesign the entire apartment and bring a sophisticated warmth the the new space .We redesigned the floorplan with limits.Inclusing a new kitchen and larger bathroom with curved shower , incorporating an internal laundry . We opened up the wall between the kitchen and The living and dining space allowing for more inclusion. Enhancing the view with new windows and doors and beautiful engineered flooring throughout allowed for seamless flow one room to the next which brings a natural space . We added natural quartzite and lifted the walls and ceilings with a soft white . Our gorgeous client can now enjoy her later years relaxing and watching the ferries come and go.
