The possibility of approval for this unique type of development was slim, however, the planning process and design of the project was the key with many meetings with Council planners to achieve street appeal and symmetry and compasionate design for the age of the building.

With all this behind us all 4 units owners have  benefited from this development.

All new areas on title, increasing equity and value.

This development was extremely difficult and time consuming for all of us, however, the outcome is beyond our expectations.

For my loft ...I wanted a simple but stylish ensuite with special inclusions like beautiful marble, stone and large 1200 x 600 mm concrete tiles a double shower and double sink.

The balcony has silver travertine tiles and large bi -fold doors.

I designed the bedroom to take in the view with a freestanding custom built bedhead with storage on the other side and large robe in timber veneer.

The carpet is a luscious plush pile ultra soft but durable in a rich deep grey throughout the apartment.

My son now has a larger room for his teenage years with built in desk.

We just love sitting on our balcony watching the boats on the harbour and enjoying the serenity.  There is so much space and storage now its amazing how we have increased our living space.
