The existing configuration was very closed off and lots of walls within a small space
The owners wanted to open up the space and have a large designer kitchen with open plan living and dining..

A CDC project -we removed walls
opened up the entire lower floor
I sourced fantastic expoxy flooring company who pour onsite and the flooring appears to be concrete in look however very durable and flexible so NO cracking
A beautiful large lansdscape fireplace installed with surround of stack stone and timber veneer
Lots of storage
a large kitchen with white cabinetry and white carrara look stone benchtops
everything that opened and shut and fabulous use of space for a growing family
The look of the concrete seamless floors with the beautiful joinery was stunning ..
The architechural balustrade was a stirking addition with a new functional staircase
