New Kitchen with Butler pantry ,stone benchtops loads of storage ,appliance cupboard
removal of wall to kitchen and open up the space to create open plan with attached island
Gas cooktop, Oven/Microwave and oven Black granite sink and tap
Butler pantry with Washer /dryer and wine fridge Pantry and storage
New doors and windows in most parts throughout
New ceilings throughout with shadowline and downlighting
The Living room has LED perimeter lighting kitchen has soft underbench lighting
Main bedroom reconfigured to accommodate a larger ensuite ,new builtin robe and built in TV
second Bedroom with TV wall niche
Main bathroom reconfigured with large shower and double vanity
All storage cupboards replaced with new joinery
New carpets ,blinds and complete new paint work throughout to complete
The balcony had a complete facelift with timber panelling and stack stone with lighting
and a feature deck that sits on an angle to create an interesting space
The plan was to create an adjoined indoor/outdoor living space -the owners enjoy this space immensely especially with the beautiful leafy park right next door the aspect is stunning and tranquil
The balcony also takes in the stunning views of Pittwater and the yachts ,this view is now enjoyed from the kitchen
When the owners arrived from overseas to their newly renovated space the reaction was priceless ! The changes were so dramatic and so beautiful ,face time did not do it justice so the reality was truly a wonderful surprise for them .
This renovation had its share of complications as you always find in an older buildings,
However, this was one of those "special" projects where the finished product is truly unique exceeding all expectations and the journey was a wonderful experience !
